Yes. Federal and State Law and UPS policy require that all alcohol deliveries be signed for by an individual age 21+.

Recipients of packages containing alcohol must have a valid ID available for delivery drivers to scan at the time of delivery. For US deliveries, the recipient must be 21 years old and present a government-issued photo ID A recipient ID scan will be requested for all ASR deliveries. If a recipient declines to have their ID scanned or the barcode on the recipient’s ID can’t be read for any reason, a recipient’s age will be verified by manually entering the recipient’s date of birth
If there is no eligible recipient at the address, UPS reattempts delivery on three consecutive business days.
