Tracking Updates:
As soon as your order is scanned in at our carrier’s facility, you`ll automatically receive an email with tracking info. All orders usually ship within one week, but please feel free to check on your order by emailing info@groennfell.com. If you need your order faster, we offer expedited shipping on most items, and we ship express orders by the next business day. Once you have your tracking number, please keep it handy so you can check it for updates if necessary.
Yourself, or another recipient over age 21, must be present at the time of delivery. Please note: recipients of packages containing alcohol must have a valid ID available for delivery drivers to scan at the time of delivery.
